It will run from 8am ??? 12pm and will hopefully have over 400 attendees, a mix of our Wish community (wish families, friends, volunteers, company supports and staff!). It???s a huge fundraising day for us that we aim to make extremely family friendly, fun and engaging ??? I know your 501st??crew would make an amazing addition!??Registration opens at 8am and we expect the walking / activities to be over at 11am. For planning, set-up begins at 7am and we hope to be off the field by noon-ish as we breakdown! It'd be great to have you mingle with the crowd sporadically from 8 ??? 11am (with a big chunk of the attendees walking the course from 930 ??? 10:15ish).??We can provide you with a tent if you don???t have one, so set-up and breakdown should be fairly quick for your team ??? basically just arriving!
