Looks like my plans have changed and I will be available for this night. I can either bring a Mudtrooper or I can wrangle. Do we need more wranglers?

I was planning on doing this event I can’t now. I forgot March 4th is my mother’s birthday (please don’t tell her I forgot).

Ok great. I mean the Gala looks like a lot more fun if I’m being honest. I should be available to do either event.

I should be able to do one of these the two events that are scheduled for this day. My concern is that we have 4 people set to troop this event when they are expecting 4000 people and we have 16 trooping the other event where we are expecting 250 people. This seems off. We will need more people for the hockey game and some support staff to help costumed people.

Dang this sounds like a lot of fun. Unfortunately I’ll be doing a platelet donation for the red cross that day. Fist time doing this type of donation and I guess it takes 3 hours.

Good to know. I think I might go down the Deathwatch path because the 501st CRL is laid out pretty well. That will help me get started.??

First of my questions unless I???m looking in the wrong place the MMCC CRL???s seem maddeningly vague. Is there a place I can find detailed examples of costume parts?

I have been thinking about doing Chainmaile way before the armor made that chain mail shirt. Then I was like now everyone???s gonna think I wanted to do it because of the show.
I have seen them say that chain mail is too earthly looking. I just don???t get that. Just because we haven???t seen anyone wearing it yet doesn???t it mean no one???s had it. However, I get it. Their sandbox, their rules.??

Ok I am so excited about this group project. I have been thinking about this more and more lately. Now I might have three mandos in mind. I still want to do a custom Mando, and my one for fun, but now I???m thinking I might need a death watch as well.??
??I have been printing some stuff a little at a time, I???ve got a couple of helmets in progress, well one is messed up due to the file was a test from a friend and not quite ready. I???ve also been printing up gauntlets from an Alterego file.??
??My ???one for fun??? is actually based on a Mando with Stihl colorings. I sell out door power equipment for a living and with one of my extra helmets I figured I???d do a Stihlalorian. I???m using mesh for the visor instead of a lens so it will look like a safety shield. I had also been working with chainmail even before it appeared in The Mandalorian. I plan on using some of this in this Mando. This one won???t be for approval so I???m not concerned. (Although I???m a little confused that chainmail is not allowed by the MMCC. I mean it???s conceivable that someone, somewhere in a galaxy far far away could have thought of chainmail.).
I do have lots of questions about all of these builds ??

I really like the idea of a discord server. It???s faster and easier to communicate. ??Not sure about the searching function but we???d have all the same security levels and able to block and or limit items. ??

Just a though. Is s there a reason we stay antiquated technology like forums. ??Services like Discord or many other platforms give us all the control of a forum but in a much easier and faster method. ??Phone apps and such. ??I find the forums very cumbersome to use and it???s usually an afterthought for me to actually log in a check.??

Guys, I???m watching the weather. I know the storm is going to be on Sunday, not Saturday but my day job is managing an outdoor power equipment shop and it looks like I???ll have to go in to work this Saturday. We sell chainsaws and generators so we are already getting busy. Sorry. I have been looking forward to this event for a while. ??So I???m gunna need to bow out of this event.??
