Good Afternoon, First of all, I want to thank all the folks that are coming to our Wedding day! I know that May 4th is the craziest day. Just wanted to pop in to show the itinerary for the day. When you folks arrive, please let us know so we can show you where to go. Your welcome to come down anytime after 2pm. - I will be there at 1:30 to help with some setup. - Groomsmen will arrive around 2pm. - First look will be around 2:30pm. - Wedding Proceedings will be around 4:30pm - Cocktail Hour will be around 5pm. - Introductions will be around 6:10pm - Dinner will be around 6:30 - 6:45pm - Dessert will be around 7:30pm - Party from 8pm to 11pm. There will be a space to change. However, this space will change after a certain time. I believe that time will be around 4pm. Items can be moved to the bride's suite that is secure and can be used to change back. I will certainly help all troopers to make sure they know where to go and where their items are stored. After Introductions we will have dinner. Troopers can change back to plain clothes so you can enjoy a meal and relax. Many guests will be in costume. Hope you folks have a good time! I am really excited for my first troop. It is going to be epic. :). I have arrivedat the garage. It is fairly empty so far.
