Location: M&T Bank Arena, 305 Sherman Ave, Hamden, CT 06518

Parking location and details: Parking is free right in-front of the arena

Event date: Jan. 4th, 2025

Event start time & approx. end time: Basketball is 1PM start time w/ a 3PM end time. Hockey is 4PM start time w/ 7PM end time.

Call time: Basketball Doors 12PM (Call 11AM), Hockey Doors 2:30PM (Call 1:30PM)

Changing room details: 1 large hockey locker room

Maximum number invited: N/A

12:45pm	12:50pm	5-7 Minute Break
12:50pm		All Center Court Line for National Anthem
1pm	2pm	Walk Around Take Pictures w/ Fans
2pm	2:45pm	Lunch
2:45pm	3:45pm	Hockey game Great Fans
3:45pm	4pm	15 Minute Break
4pm	6pm	Walk Around Take Pictures w/ Fans
START OF 2ND PERIOD		2 Characters can deliver "Today's Lucky Row Pizza"
2ND PERIOD 10 MIN MEDIA T.O.		A couple characters staged at Ice Cat Platform for Dance Cam
End of 2nd period		Unkit and pack up

Actually they want us there at 1:30, probably to get set up in the changing rooms and go over event details

 

 

im gonna try for the whole day but no guarantee I can make it, won’t be me in kit but chopper will be there if we can make it

Definitely!  We should remind people we have a troop lol.  Sucks I had to back out but I'll push it on the Hangouts too!

This one was brought to my attention since I'm a sucker for college hockey troops.  I'll probably bring both my RotJ Scout and R1 Blue squadron down since it's a double header.  
Alderaan/NEG have one of our bigger events that day, but I'll see if I can't poke a few more members to join me.

Sometimes its hard getting bodies so NEG support would be great.

General note.  Arrival time and shift times may change.  We're reaching out to the event contact to see what makes the most sense as far as staffing with what they'd like to see versus what we can provide.  Trooper comfort/safety is a significant consideration because staffing the entire event timeline with the number we have projected would be a little much.

I’m planning on getting there as early as possible so I can unload Chopper and do my “pregame checklist” and make sure he doesn’t have any issues

So we started with 11 and lost 3... we're down to 8 troopers but not committed to both...... did we invite NEG, SG and RL?  Do we have a Vader going?
