EVENT STATUS UPDATES

• Immersion Conference Rooms have been reserved for character changing and storage
• Security Badges (2) for Immersion Entry (doors must be closed/locked at all times)
• Pizza and Water ordered for lunchtime delivery to Immersion
• Character locations around campus set (just like last year)
• Maps are updated
• Pipe & Drape stationed for Photo-Op
• 501st Photo-Op Backdrop requested (can you confirm bringing this Legairre?)

 

EVENT ARRIVAL

1. All characters check in with full name at Front Gate (anyone not on the security list will not be let in. Contact Legairre).
2. Characters arrive 9AM-10AM with time to dress. Out on location by 10AM.
3. Once through the Front Gate, meet Keith (MA Event Lead) near the Info Booth to be directed to the conference room.
4. 501st Leader will be responsible for two (2) security badges.
5. Badges must be returned at 4PM to Keith only (MA Event Lead)
6. 501st Leader will divide characters into groups and assign locations.
7. 501st Leader will assign a breaker with a security badge.
8. Locations/characters rotate every hour on the hour.

 

EVENT DEPARTURE

1. All characters must be off campus by 5PM
2. 501st Leader will confirm with Keith (MA Event Lead) that all characters have departed.
3. 501st Leader will return security badges to Keith (MA Event Lead)

I think my sister is going to come with us as a handler/wrangler. We don't have any signed up as yet and she's great with people.

I don't remember there being shifts last year. I was out all day, they just rotated us from one spot to another. I'm assuming there will be a schedule for photo ops.
