Hartford Wolf Pack Star Wars Night 2025

 

Location: XL Center - One Civic Center Plaza, Hartford CT 06103

Parking location and details: Working on getting 20 free spots from local garage - we do not control our own parking at the arena

Event date: 3/1/2025

Event start time & approx. end time: 6:00-8:30 (approx.)

Call time: 4:00 (1 hr before doors)

Changing room details: TBD, but there will be a space provided for all in attendance

 

 for parking, everyone attending on March 1^st will drive to the XL Center parking garage (entrance is across from Dark Horse Saloon on Ann Uccello). There is a guard at the bottom of the ramp, they will get a sticker from them. From there they go up the ramp back on to Ann Uccello and take a right to park in the Church Street Parking Garage. They need to show the attendant there the prepaid sticker to get in for free. They keep the pass in their car and then on their way out they can give it to the attendant to leave. If they park on the third floor of the garage there is a sky bridge that will bring them right into the XL Center Atrium where our host can meet you to then bring you down to the spot.

Hi all,

We are so excited about Star Wars Night and appreciate you helping us make this night special. Below are the details for Saturday including parking, arrival and more.

Arrival: 4:00pm

Doors: 4:50pm

Puck drop: 6pm

Parking: Pull down our service ramp for a parking voucher. When you pull down the ramp, you get to the bottom of the entrance ramp, one of our security guards will stop you and give you a sticker/ticket for the garage next door.

If you do not see a security guard when you pull down, please wait at the bottom of the ramp for the guard to come over.

Once you get the ticket you will immediately pull out of the garage area and take a Right at the top of the ramp, followed by a Right at the flashing red stoplight.  Once on Church street you will turn left into the parking garage (200 church Street, Hartford CT, 06103)

When you enter the Hilton Garage you will take a ticket from the kiosk and then stick the sticker/ticket on the middle part of the ticket you received from the garage (you will see a bracket space specifically designed for the sticker/ticket to go).

If you are entering the garage later in the day and there are staff manning the entrance lanes, instead of taking a ticket from the kiosk you will just show the sticker/ticket to the staff member manning the gate.

When you go to leave the garage later that day, you will then simply scan the barcode on the sticker/ticket as you are leaving the garage.

To be clear, you mean the employee / freight parking?  or just the one underneath the XL center? Or the garage across the street?

well this is turning into a pretty big troop.

@Lgrad with these kind of numbers we should reach back out to the wolfpack and confirm they're good with that many bodies.  at this point its a logistical concern with them with people coming and going in the changing and zamboni areas

If both of you want to do vader, im not entirely opposed.  with this many numbers we can separate you guys without much issue.  you could also do shifts wrangling and as vader.  Best to work it out together and let me and Legairre know how you plan on handling it

I would be interested to troop with you folks. My brother signed up as well as Chris Arcouette as snowies, but I could not due to issues where I was and internet connection issues (vacation). If a spot opens up, please let me kow.

Honestly, I wouldn’t mind doing wrangling duty for a change. I could use a “brush up” on those skills since it’s been awhile. So if Jason S. wants to take the stage, that’s cool. 
But, if CTG command feels that two strategically placed Vaders in the venue would be good…. then we’ll figure it out.

Appreciate the offer Mike. I’m happy to pull duty either way. I’ll be there to suit up for sure, but of course also happy to sort out last minute changes if that’s what’s best for the group.

Hey Joe, just following up on this since Mike (TK3099) has been on the NEG list since the 3rd, but not this one. He has been having connection issues and I am HIS POC 😉.  Chris A. Mike L, Rob C and I will be carpooling and attending as Snowies.
