The 501st group can use this as home base and set it up however you would like. Directly behind the booth there will be another 10'x20' of space enclosed for changing and storage. Connecticut Convention Center 100 Columbus Blvd Hartford CT 06103 WHAT IS THE FRIDAY LOAD IN AND SHOW PARKING SITUATION? Brick Fest Live will secure parking for all displayers. Details regarding parking and loading/unloading will be provided once they are finalized with the venue. We appreciate your patience and will share this information as soon as it becomes available. WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO SET UP? · Setup Date and Time: Friday, April 11th, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. · Entry: Once you check in, we’ll guide you to your table(s). · Table Setup: Tablecloths will be provided unless otherwise noted. HOW DO I CHECK IN? · Check-In Process: Upon arrival, Julius or another Brick Fest Live crew member will check you in, guide you to your location, and provide you with your credentials. · Credentials: Your badge will grant you entry to the convention center all weekend. Please ensure you’ve secured the correct number of badges for your group during check-in. WHAT ARE THE SHOW HOURS? · Public Hours: o Saturday, April 12th: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM o Sunday, April 13th: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Your display must be attended during these hours. Brick Fest Live is not responsible for the safety of your builds. WHEN CAN I ENTER AND LEAVE THE BUILDING? · Building Access: o Friday, April 11th: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (unless otherwise prearranged). o Saturday, April 12th: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. o Sunday, April 13th: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Recommendation: Arrive by 8:30 AM on Saturday and 9:30 AM on Sunday to ensure your area is ready before the public arrives. WHAT WILL OUR BOOTH/DISPLAY SPACE LOOK LIKE? · Setup: o Tables: 8’ x 30” (or 8’ x 24” if necessary). o Chairs and tables provided based on prior arrangements. o Pipe and drape may be included depending on your display. If you need modifications, such as open corners, please let us know onsite. OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS Tickets for Displayers: · No need to purchase admission tickets. Your badges will act as your weekend pass and will be provided during check-in. Information/Lost & Found: · Visit the Information/Lost & Found desk at Ticketing/Check-In for assistance with lost items or attendees. Cashless Event: · All merchandise sales will accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payments. ADA Services: · If you require accommodations, please email info@brickfestive.com. Fan Wellness Policy: · Masks are highly recommended but not required. Complimentary masks will be available at Ticketing. For updates, visit the CDC website. What to Bring: · Displays, signage, hand sanitizer, table coverings, camping/stadium chairs (if preferred), water bottles, and snacks. · Ensure valuables are secure, as we cannot store or be responsible for them. Celebrities in Attendance: · Contestants from FOX’s LEGO MASTERS will be at the show! Food Options: · Convention-style food will be available for purchase. Noise Levels: · There will be music and entertainment. Earplugs are available at Ticketing if needed. Re-Entry Policy: · Your badge allows re-entry to the event. Upon entering, call me or the the people at the entrance know you need to get in touch with Floor Manager Julius. Tell them you are with the 501st Legion. We have a booth right as you walk in.
