Is venue accessible to those with limited mobility: Yes

Amenities available at venue: Our restrooms are available for changing, but last year the characters changed into their costumes in our break room and all seemed comfortable with the space.  The break room is right next to the bathrooms.  We'll definitely have water and snacks available for the characters.  I'm working on that.

Comments: We will be advertising the event as something like Barnes & Noble in Enfield will be welcoming the Star Wars 501st Legion to our store on August 16th from 1:00-3:00. Stop by and meet some of these "Bad guys doing good things!"

This was a fun event last year the people loved us and I heard the manager is a huge Star Wars fan .

Just a quick note that the  event begins at 1:00 which means to please be in kit by 1:00pm

I will be there around 11;30 to set up the backdrop and pr table , the break room is being set up for us , there will be two tables to put things on as well as chairs to sit in , Darlean is providing water . Please arrive in enough time to get into kit for a 1:00 showing. we can stay at the backdrop , Walk around the store and even go outside. Darlean will keep the store at a comfortable temp for us along with the break room.
