If you just want the hilt, you can either buy an uninstalled saber hilt or find 3D files for it online (im sure they exist somewhere). If you want a full on saber, then you'll need to determine what kind you want. Online stores like The Pach Store sell an amazing neopixel Second Sister saber, but it's a few hundred dollars. There's different kinds of lighting (baselit, RGB, neopixel) and then different kinds of configuration boards (proffie), and then factor in that it's a popular "face" character's saber and it can start to get pretty pricey. There's also SO many online stores. I would definitely reach out to Kat or any of the other Saber Guild people. They have far more experience purchasing sabers than I do. I only one a couple. Even printing one of your own can be a headache and a pricey project in and of itself. Don't rush.
