The Science Center is open after hours for this event to allow visitors to explore many different space themed science experiences. There will be space activities and a telescope for viewing the moon led by Science Center staff, but also other vendors as well. There will be mostly families and kids who have a particular interest in space. Due to the presence of kids at the event, all volunteers will need to do an abbreviated background check. All Science Center employees undergo this background check in order to protect our visitors.
