I signed up to troop before the signup sheet went up but now it looks like both time options are full. Does that mean I'm out?

I notice there's a spreadsheet at the top showing people who are attending? I signed up to troop but do not see my name on the list and don't see a link to add it. Am I missing something?

Damn! i don't know if I can do this one this year. This was my first troop last year. I'll be taking my kid out to Michigan for a summer internship that weekend.
