Phase One Captain Rex CRL

Might be a dumb question, but is there any reason there is no??CRL??for a realistic style phase one Captain Rex costume? I figured if his Phase Two armor can get a realistic??CRL??his Phase One should as well.

I am sure I will get corrected after respondingto this.. Haha

Technically Captain Rex, phase II was on the movie as realistic verison. But Phase I was only shown in the animated series.
