Map out where you want the face plate, exhaust and High Voltage Couplers and using????curved Lexan scissors,????cut out the areas. ??Then using JB plastic weld, glue from the back side. ??Allow 30 min to dry min ?? Next was to start building the trim to hide the totes seams. ??I didn???t want the seams to show so build this frame and cover. ??Then adhered the frame to the top tote Only. ??Mixed up some 3M bondo and filled in all gaps around the frame to the tote ?? Painted with Krylon ink blue and the frame with the silver and black overspray to weather it ?? Then added the greeblies and details. Not sure im keen on the Yellow on the side and might paint over it with black or Blue.??
