Sure! We might be pushing it with a numbers a little bit, but we can always rotate people hanging around the main area and going for walkabouts around the wards. Please make sure you bring with you a copy of the Confidentiality Agreement Joan posted earlier.??Both you and @carcouette??are good to come. :)

Crap. Now I??need to be in Southington for a situation this Friday by 3. Any chance event can start earlier????

I'm reluctant to start any earlier because we've already agreed that timeslot with the hospital, and it being a Friday afternoon means everyone else has already planned their day around this.??Sorry mate. I do??promise though that??we'll start as close as possible to 1:15/1:30 and you're free to head out when you need to.

    Good morning everyone,

??I hope this finds you all well. Let me start by thanking you for joining us for this year???s SPACE EXPO! We???re thrilled to have the 501st??Legion CT Garrison and the R2D2 Builders Club of CT join us again this year, as you all have proven to be the highlight of this event in the past. This update contains important logistical information so please read the entire email, share it with other colleagues who are joining you next weekend, and contact me with any questions. This update also contains the following attachments:

Please follow the attached driving directions (not your GPS), else you may end up at the arrivals terminal at Bradley International Airport! When you pull into our parking lot, please proceed through the open gate located on the right side of the building as marked on the Event Floor Plan. All group members must check-in with museum staff at the designated check-in location between??8:00-9:15am.This location is indicated on the Event Floor Plan. If you have colleagues who cannot arrive within this designated check-in time frame and you have not already provided me with their names, please email me by??10:00am??on Thursday April 5th??to add their names to our exhibitor late arrival list. Otherwise, they will be forced to pay admission upon their arrival to the museum. Break Room/Lunches:

Your groups will have access to our staff/volunteer break area located in the B-29 Hangar for the duration of the event. You???re welcome to store costumes, trunks, etc. in this space. @Depeche25??You may have to pay admission if you're coming in late - I'll talk with my contact tomorrow about it.??To everyone else - although I have already given a final list of our members participating to them, please feel free to still attend if you'd like. If you arrive during the 8:00-9:15AM window and are having trouble parking/getting admission as 501st, please call me at (860) 986-0338 and I'll sort it out. Please do not automatically expect free admission or easy parking if you cannot arrive during that window.

  7. 'Hello everyone! I'm Christopher Bailey, id TK-66402. I am one of Sarah's Event Coordinators and the Garrison's Charity Representative. I joined the CTG in 2016 because my wife dragged me into this hobby and it has gotten massively out of control. I am still trying to figure out what happened and where all my weekends went. I'm generally an okay guy. I look forward to dressing up and looking weird??with you all soon!'

    G'day mates,

My name is Christopher and I will be one-half of your Event Coordination team for the 2018-2019 term. Joan and I are responsible for managing the day-to-day requests we receive from the general public, arranging some of our special events during the year, and being the go-to people for questions about event logistics. As LucasFilm's "preferred Imperial costuming group"??in the state??we also have to be very careful about how we act and how we portray??Star Wars intellectual property, so another large part of our job is to make sure we and our event hosts comply with LFL and Legion guidelines. If you have an idea or request for a potential event please let Joan or I??know and we will see what can be done. :) I also function as the Charity Representative for the Garrison, which honestly doesn't have a great deal in the way of responsibilities, but means I keep records of the money we raise for charitable causes and act of point-of-contact for the non-profits we support.

You can usually identify me by the funny accent and my shiny ANH TK costume. I also enjoy long walks in the woods??and collecting pressed pennies. I hope you are having an excellent week.??^_^
