Comments: Hi there, I’m reaching out to see if you are free on Saturday, May 4th – our city is hosting a May the 4th Star Wars day at our Downtown Live venue, the Rockwell Theater in Bristol Connecticut.  We are planning on having a few authors, possibly some actors (still waiting to hear back on that) a cocktail and mocktail hour with Star Wars themed drinks, a costume contest and one of the films playing at our theater that evening.  I've reached out to Kessel Temple but they might be booked on that day and suggested reaching out to you.  Thank you!

Amenities available at venue: Restrooms, breakroom with vending machines, private conference room (I will need to book the room if 501 confirms), I'm sure we can get someone to supply some snacks.

Comments: Mystic Aquarium and its visitors love Star Wars! We have a brand new courtyard that will make it a very accessible place to entertain. Our newest exhibition Dino Seas will be great for photo ops. My goal is to theme the day with Star Wars happenings, including facepainting, music and more. We expect 3-4000 people as it is a Saturday and a great day to make the most of an appearance like this. I'm going to see if they'll let me hide porgs in the rocks. I have all kinds of ideas. Helps that I'm a big fan. also I'll have to double check on the blasters, it might be possible if they remain holstered.

DETAILS!!!

HI MYSTIC CREW!! I have added the intital details for call time and our changing area. I will be the POC for the day for the event. The event starts at 10AM and there will be a rotating schedule of locations for characters to station. These locations will be adjusted for weather.
Please arrive between 9AM-10AM and wait at the front gate for someone (likely me or our host Keith) to lead you to the break room. 
Locations are required to reduce issues with accessibility and bottlenecking by visitors so we will be spread across the aquarium. 
There will be a conference room (with bathroom) reserved for non-private changing and food breaks. We will chat between 9-10AM on May 4 about how to maintain access to that conference room.  Please have your ID ready to present at the gate as I have added everyone to the security list who has signed up on the forum.

• Check-in at the Front Gate ticket booth,
• Enter through Front Gate and wait for KEITH to come direct you/escort you to the conference room to change/prep.

• There will be an hourly rotation of character positions around campus.
• Please use the map (attached, and in conference room) to find locations
• The Courtyard photo-op area, marked with a stormtrooper helmet, has a specific schedule of characters. Please know your times.
• Handlers, please assist the transition of characters and assure each area has at least one character each hour.
• Handlers, please break and lead any characters to the conference room for breaks, lunch, restroom, etc. 
• Two handlers will be given access badges to let characters into the conference rooms. Please escort (keep your badge)
• There will be pizza and waters delivered to the conference room around 12:30PM!
• There is a water cooler in the Marketing Hallway behind the photo-op. Please do not let the public in.
