Lgrad Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 . Attached is a tentative itinerary for the day! The plan is to separate you all into 3 groups. I leave it up to you all who is in what group and I can direct you all when you get here. Group A and B will be doing bedside visits or photo OPS with patients, families and staff at the main entrance and the Family resource center then swapping. The plan is for group C to split in half. 2 will stay with me and do fun stuff in the TV studio (read the news and play video games with our gaming specialist) this will be broadcast to every bed in the hospital. The other two will do bedside visits in our behavior health areas. In the afternoon Kaila has a program in the studio (if you need a helper, I leave that up to you) and the rest will go to the NICUs. If you are sure you want to be on camera then be sure to be in group C! 😊 Attached are the confidentiality agreements for everyone coming. Feel free to bring a signed copy, but I will have spares to sign here if you forget. I will cover your parking and I’m getting everyone lunch with plenty of extra water for my armored friends. Vaccines are strongly recommended, but you do not need to bring your records with you. We are also out of flu season, so no worries there either! The masking policies on the units may change between then and now, but if it changes anything for you all in your planning (ie makeup face coverings etc.) I can let you know ahead of time. Am still working at finishing up my Death Watch kit, my Blue Squadron pilot (which isn't for 501st obviously but still gives me an extra option if I can get the helmet finished in time) Link to comment
