Comments: The fundraiser is the help a local highschool business scholarship program and to benefit back to school donations. As well as have an over all fun time with different sorts of entertainment! The event is outdoors but there will be indoor areas for changing and cooling off anytime needed, water and any and all accommodations needed and wanted!

 

Update: 8/14/2023 - Hey All! So for this one, we do not need to troop the entire day.  I have confirmed with the event organizer that 2-3 hours is fine. So we should aim on being there to be in costume for a 1pm start with a 3-4 pm stop, depending on how we feel. I am going to start an FB chat and we can communicate there with any updates and changes.

Not sure yet! I reached out to them to find out if the event is indoors or out, I suspect it is out and to make sure we have adequate places to cool down if outside. I have not heard back. I'll follow up.

Hey Jimbo! So the event it outdoors but they'll have indoors areas for cooling off anytime needed and of course an area to change as well as water and anything we need!
