I wont be able to attend this one. There is another R2 builder that will be going in my place. Guys name is Joe Francazio. Who can I have him reach out to in this??group to help coordinate. Hes got a 3PO is wants to bring as well. Ive already let Amanda at NEAM know that hes filling my spot as Ive worked with her in the past.??

Hey Chris, I sent you an email regarding this event. I've been having drive issues with R2 that I dont think ill have resolved before next weekend. I reached out to another builder in CT though who can cover for me. His details are in the email. Hes had a completed droid for a few years now and has done some other events with me in the past.??

Bushnell reached out to me, so Ill be there with R2 for the first showing. Cant stay around for the second show.

I could probably bring R2 if there is still room. If so, could you see if they have a spot to unload him and park an SUV with an 8ft trailer?

They pushed this out to September next year? Dont they usually hold this in April?

Ill ask Danny. This is my sons birthday weekend, so we will likely have a party for him on that day. Otherwise I would be in for this.

Been to this event in the past. Its a huge crowd there with lots of activities to do. Lots of kids at this event. The Ice Cream is a plus. Id sign up but i know the area is not paved and I wouldn't be able to get R2 unloaded anywhere. Might see you there as a spectator with the family though.

They likely moved it because of this. Being near Disney, during spring break is a recipe??for disaster. Had 4 day pass to last years and only ended up going one day because it was so bad.

Not sure where to post this. Feel free to move or delete it or PM me, but I wanted to see if you had received a request from the team for a Star Wars night. They have it listed on their promotional calendar for 6/1 and thats only 3 weeks off. They reached out to me back in February, but I havent seen anything official from LFL, which i usually get for other teams like Bridgeport and Wolfpack. Back in Feb i told them to reach out to fan relations as well as CTG event request to go through the proper channels. They mentioned they were working on it but I hadnt heard anything since then about it. Ive got their events coordinator contact info if someone from CTG events wants to reach out to them.

I can try to help out if you guys are borderline on numbers and need another to push this to confirmed. Ill need to switch my work from home days around this week, so let me know before 3pm today if you need me.

I have a trailer. When I spoke with them last month they had no problem with me parking on the pad out front. If that???s changed please let me know.

All??set with a vehicle. Ill be there. They also reached out to me via email since I had worked with them years back. Told them just to communicate with you as i'll be there during the same time slot as this group.

Im going to have to update my status to Tentative. Wife totaled our Jeep in the last snow storm so I have nothing to transport R2 in at the moment. Need to purchase a new vehicle to tow the trailer or transport R2 in.

Cool thanks. When you talk to them ask them about parking for a trailer. The last time I was there they had told me to park on the concrete pad they had at the front entrance. Just want to make sure that won???t be a problem again this time.
