Note that the parking lot across the street that we usually park in is no longer available for use. Please see the picture for alternate parking. The 426 lot is probably our best bet for a 5 PM call time and is the same distance from the entrance as the old lot.

My sister Sarah will be attending as a handler as well.

Park in back, enter through the revolving door, go past the entry to the event, we're on the left jn Winthrip A and B

Everyone will be entering together as a procession at 8 PM, so please arrive early enough that you can be kitted out and ready to go at that time. We have a private room available. Kat, Ray, Seth, and whichever troopers we have should be ready by 7:45. If anyone needs anything day of, my cell phone is 860-335-6062 or you can message me on Facebook. I'll be getting there earlier in the afternoon.

So we would like at least 2 stormtroopers to accompany Kylo Ren at the opening of the fight scene. If it's a stormtrooper and a Deathtrooper or whatever, we can make that work. The plan right now is that we won't be out during the cocktail hour. There will be cardboard cutout characters as a sort of tease, making guests think "that's it?" When the guests enter the ballroom, they'll be met with the fight scene, and then all of our characters come out to a big fanfare after that to hang around for pictures etc. There's dinner and an auction but then it's just dancing/mingling until midnight, so there will be plenty of time for pictures. I don't think "having too many people" will be a problem in any way. They have also asked that handlers do something a little nicer than just jeans and a t-shirt/racing shirt. The dress code for the event is cocktail, but themed attire is acceptable. I plan on wearing a Star Wars dress from Her Universe and a pair of Star Wars leggings. Alana set a great example at the Florence Griswold Museum with a nice star-printed skirt and a Vader blazer. We will have access to our changing room starting early in the day, and we will have food and water. We're welcome to stay as late as we'd like, but no one is obliged to stay any longer than they're comfortable, as always.

There is a big lot across from the amphitheater on the corner of Allan and Broad St where we parked last year.
