It's a Father's Day event... we don't have a Vader for this? Looks like Leia's going to be there again. I'll be there around 10am, Kim. I have to work til 3am... so probably won't be getting any sleep beforehand. But I'll be there with bells on... well with rocket boosters on lolol

I don't remember there being shifts last year. I was out all day, they just rotated us from one spot to another. I'm assuming there will be a schedule for photo ops.

Great! I usually pick up Kyle at Joe and Kristen's house in Middletown. You can either meet us there or carpool with Kyle up to Middletown since you both live in the same town. I mentioned it to him the other day on our way to the Bridgeport game and he looks forward to it if you choose to go that route. Can't wait!

Anyone interested in a ride to New Haven let me know ahead of time so I can plan picking you up or meeting you in a designated place beforehand. I prefer to get to the parking garage between 830/9:00 am just so you know.

If you want to do like last year, I'll cover the morning and then when you get there you can take Boba Fresh out and maybe I'll debut my Imperial Ground Crew that has never been worn in public. Or my Death Watch if I have it done by then. ... You tell me how you want to work it.

Aww too bad they picked the same day as Mystic Aquarium. I would have liked to have gone to both.

53 now!!! Woohooo!!!! Last year, Kyle - who also lives in Clinton - met me at Joe and Kristin's in Middletown. He left his car there and hopped in with me. We can do that too if you prefer to not drive into New Haven yourself. I attend the after parade dinner and then we can leave any time after we've eaten and visited with everyone.

So we started with 11 and lost 3... we're down to 8 troopers but not committed to both...... did we invite NEG, SG and RL? Do we have a Vader going?

Just want to let those in the area of northcentral CT that if you prefer to carpool down to the parade, I can pick you up or we can meet at my firehouse in West Stafford where you can safely leave your vehicle. Those coming from points north also... MA peeps. just let me know ahead of time so I can figure out logistics.
