If you're really set on doing a bounty hunter, take a look at the Costume Reference Library section for them and see if there's something you like. For other costumes that are reasonably simple/straightforward to make and are a good starting point for this hobby, I'd suggest either a TIE Pilot, an??ANH Stormtrooper, or a Jawa. Each have ample online resources to help you get started and can be customised to fit almost any individual build. In the meantime, look for our Armor Parties that we will have from time-to-time. They are a great way to meet everyone and get a hands-on experience with some projects that others are working on. It???s where ideas and information are tossed around and you can get some answers to all of your questions. ??Good luck, and keep in touch with us in this forum.
