Comments: International Observe the Moon Night is an annual event hosted by/at the Connecticut Science Center with support from the NASA Space Consortium. This event invites families to come and observe the moon through telescopes on our rooftop gardens, take part in fun hands-on science activities, and learn more about the moon and space. The intent of this event is to inspire interest and curiosity in space!

The entire Science Center will be open for this event with activities taking place throughout the exhibit galleries, in our planetarium lab, and on our rooftop gardens.

Our typical audience for this event is families with kids aged 6-12. These families will be free to roam the Science Center and interact with the exhibits and activities as they see fit without a prescribed schedule. We can be very flexible with a set-up that works best for you. We are open to creating a designated meet-and-greet spot for your team, or to having you roam freely around the building. Please let us know what sounds better to you!
