I've been wearing around my (non-approved) Phase Two Captain Rex kit for around two years, but recently after bumping into you at Terrificon, then meeting the New England Garrison at Fan Expo Boston I realized that its time to get my Rex approved to join. I plan on getting a new helmet and redoing the attachment method for the holsters (from leather straps to metal bars) along with removing the 3D weld marks in favor of the animated painted on ones. The only parts I'm not sure I need to replace are the boots. I've spoken with members of the 501st via the subreddit and was given mixed answers.?? Any advice or information on other parts I need to change would be appreciated!?? Thank you and looking forward to seeing you all out there! ?? ?? 3 Link to comment

Definitely would love to see you get approved and join our Smawesome (small but awesome) crew! I don't know anything about Close boots or the CRL, but I am sure someone here can guide you appropriately! If you'd like to get advice on what may need upgrading, just add some photos here for us to see and we can go over them. A picture of the front, back, both sides with hands held up, pointing forward should be a good start as well as a pic with your helmet off.?? From what I can tell on the helmet, the weld marks needs to be updated to the CRL requirement. The helmet has "weld lines" around the edges of the face as shown in reference images. These lines are a light blue, blended into dark blue, with dark orange edges. The weld marks do not have depth or dimension. It is easier than, it reads.
