Amenities available at venue: We have a large room located well away from visitors and the main exhibit space of the Science Center. This room is located on the office level of the Science Center so there is direct access to restrooms and a water fountain without having to pass through any spaces where there would be visitors.

Comments: We are looking to host a Star Wars Day at the Science Center. If possible, we would love to get as many characters as possible to roam around and interact with our visitors throughout the day.

There will not be one specific place that all of the characters will be assigned, we will give you all the opportunity to roam around the building as you see fit. With that being said, we do want to make sure that everyone is relatively spread out around the building at all times (not everyone in one place all day).

As for parking & load in, everyone can park in our garage, which is located just underneath the building. Directions can be found here: https://ctsciencecenter.org/visit/getting-here/. Once parked everyone can take the elevators up to our Lobby level and check in at the Security counter. Hosts will come down and meet everyone from there and bring you up to the dressing room. With the programming set to begin at 11AM, I'd say everyone shoot to arrive at 10am.

Our Hosts will be Rebecca, Gabe and Suhas from the museum team that will be there to assist with whatever we may need.
