Chewy Posted December 1, 2019 Share Posted December 1, 2019 Example of the certificate: If you are an approved member of the CTG and you would like a digital copy of your "Certificate of Membership", please make a post in this thread stating the following information: Full name ID# and prefix at time of approval Date of approval. Exact day is preferred (you should have gotten a welcome email from the 501st on that date) but otherwise just a month and year. If you were approved in the last 2 years I can use the correct signatures for CO??(Sarah Bailey or myself) and GML (Andy Tanski or John Hajnal). If you were approved before that, the current CO and GML will be used.
