It's that time again! Terrificon is fast approaching and we have a lot of enthusiasm for several clubs to come and give us a hand as well.
The offiicial sign up sheet is now live. Please sign up both on the google doc and in the RSVP Section so your participation can be recorded in our troop tracker.
WHEN: August 16, 17, 18 (Shift times on Sign Up Google Doc)
WHERE: Mohegan Sun Casino
PARKING: There is free parking in the parking garage and Lot next to the convention center
CHANGING: We will have dedicated secure changing areas and storage space. Only command staff will have keycard access
TICKETING: Here's the rub. Mitch has always been very generous with tickets for our club in the past but we have not gotten a final number of what he's willing to do for us this year. Priority for tickets will go to first shifts, troopers who are trooping multiple troops, and necessary personnel for running the con. If you are showing up just to wrangle, you may have to pay for your own access.
AS HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE CASE, YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY FOR ENTRY TO PARTICIPATE. We're usually able to work around this but free entry is not a guarantee! I will post more information on this as it becomes available.

On Saturday after the convention we'll be having a post-convention group dinner. Please sign up for that so we can start getting numbers for a reservation! Sign ups for the dinner are also on the trooping sign up sheet.

WE WILL BE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CONCOURSE IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENTERING THE CONVENTION HALL
YOU WILL BE WALKED TO THE CHANGING AREA ONCE YOU ARRIVE.
